Website redesign
A new product, Coinstar Exchange, was added to the Coinstar line of business. The category, selling unwanted gift cards, is not well-known and caused confusion on the website. Through iterative user testing, we eliminated the confusion between the products with new design, content and architecture. After the redesign, the kiosk finder click thru rate increased 4X.

Becoming Kaiser Permanente (KP)

Rebranding

Kaiser Permanente acquired Group Health in early 2017. It was important to engage members and business partners throughout the process. Live events for the producer audience (B2B,) kicked off with conference materials, website revisions and full integration into the KP national brand guidelines. Member facing (B2C) rebranding was also created for medical centers, websites, and mobile apps.

Banking Online

Washington Mutual
Washington Mutual's brand was fun, informal, a little edgy (for a bank.) We wanted to show the every day challenges a customer might face when trying to get to the bank. This campaign was used as bank signage as well as statement inserts.
